well traveled.

hey everyone,

i've been pretty busy lately. i have been to both coasts in less than a week. last weekend i went to annapolis maryland for my cousins wedding. pretty cool. it was at the navel bass and the reception was at a house that george washington used to visit. then i went to a tavern that george washington used to frequent and had a couple pints of the house ale. i rode up with justin, but he got sick from the receptions crab cakes and didn't end up going to the bar. he felt like puking all that evening.

the weekend before i went to a freinds wedding in california. it was pretty fun. saw a terantula in the giant forest with all the sequoia trees. i saw a pine cone the size of a football. i also climbed a palm tree to the top. about 25-30 ft. i was pretty proud of myself. it was kind of like climbing an upsidedown pine apple.

pretty hot out at work. we go swimming in the pool that the barn owner has in his back yard during our lunch break. if you go in your shorts and underwear, you are dry within the hour, but it is refreshing. i am getting quite tan as well.

i spent some time visiting the hospital as well. a chunk of my hammer chiped of (a small chunk) when i was trying to get a nail out and went an inch under the skin. i went to four different doctors to get it out, but none did. three out of four doctors said that i should get it out or it will get infected. the fourth doctor said leave it in, and by then i was sick of visiting, so i am leaving it i guess. sadly the piece is not big enough to set off the detectors in the airport.
